Currently, online orders are shipping out within 1-2 business days on average.
UPS is our shipping method for all continental USA orders.
If you prefer USPS Priority Mail shipping you will need to call us and place your order by telephone.
How long does it take?
Online orders placed with Sperti.com ship from our Nevada or Tennessee warehouse (which ever is closest to the shipping destination). Average transit time is 3-5 days within the USA except for Alaska & Hawaii.
When you place your order you’ll provide your email address, and once your order ships out (usually within 1-2 business days) we will email you the tracking number for your shipment.

These units are shipped in a brown cardboard shipping box, very well packaged with fitted foam inserts. In the rare event damage does happen during shipping we will work fast to immediately resolve this and complete your order. Discreet Packaging? There is no reference to the contents on the exterior of the box, just the info on the shipping label.
We package our units well for shipping. Above are pictures of our Fiji Sun and accessories.

Can I ship my order to another address?
Yes, you can ship to your work address or any other address. You can even ship your order as a gift directly to the recipient. Our shopping cart allows you to complete one section with your billing address (this must match what is on file with your credit card bank), and another section is for the shipping information.
What if I am not home to receive the package?
If nobody is home to receive the package, it is sometimes up to the UPS driver’s discretion to decide whether it is safe to leave the package or not. If he feels it is not safe, a notice will be left and you can either schedule another delivery attempt or pick up the package at a local UPS location. UPS offers several convenient delivery options and scheduling tools.
What about bulbs?
All new Sperti sunlamps come will a full set of new bulbs already installed. Our bulbs are unique and custom-made for our Sperti sunlamps. The bulbs are imported from Hungary.
Extra bulbs for these units are available here online. These bulbs will last several years on average, and a full set of new bulbs is only $78.99. The PH-36F uses a single bulb.

We also have videos posted on YouTube demonstrating how to change bulbs on our units. Older Sperti sunlamp bulbs: The bulbs listed below are for units that were discontinued several years ago and are now permanently out-of-stock. When the older sunlamp models were phased out and replaced by the new and improved sunlamps, a large inventory of bulbs was made and stockpiled. The inventory of these old bulbs was exhausted in early 2014.

The UV-93 bulb: a clear glass bulb used on the Del Sol (black unit, digital timer in upper right) and it’s floor stand variation called Sentosa Sun, and the Riviera / Acapulco (older models, have a turn dial timer dial on the front and an on/off toggle switch.) – This old bulb is no longer available.
The D/UV bulb: a clear glass bulb used on the old Vitamin D Lamp, model D/UV. – This old bulb is no longer available.
The UV-94 bulb: a clear glass bulb used on the old model PH-36 Psoriasis Lamp. – This old bulb is no longer available.
Safe Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee all of our products will arrive safely and undamaged. If a sunlamp arrives broken, we will immediately resolve the situation. It is important you notify us as soon as possible.
Canada Shipping Info
Shipping to Canada is done via UPS. During check out, you will be given different shipping options to choose from so that you can select an expedited shipping method if needed. NOTE: any/all taxes & tariffs etc. charged in Canada are the customer’s responsibility with UPS. – ANY shipments to CANADA that are refused by the customer (you refuse to pay the tax, duty, tariff, etc.) and are returned to the factory – We must charge for all (BOTH ways) of the out-of-pocket shipping expenses.
APO & FPO (Military, Embassy, etc.) Shipping
Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses with US Postal Priority Mail. The great thing about the latest versions of our Sperti UV Sunlamps (all models) is they can run on both 110v power here in the USA & equally well on 220v power overseas. These units have detachable power cords on the back. A simple change of the removable power cord is all that needs to be done.
International Shipping Information
We ship to all European Union countries, and most developed countries around the world. We ship many units to Australia and New Zealand during their winter season. If you’re not sure about shipping availability to your country, then simply put an item into your shopping cart and ‘proceed to checkout’ (no obligation), then scroll down to the address box for “Country” and view the drop down list of countries we do ship to. If you don’t see your country, you may send us an email inquiry for your location.
NOTE: Most shoppers already understand this, but we are required to remind all customers that any and all taxes, tariffs, VAT, etc. is your/customer responsibility.

IMPORTANT note for International Orders:
Our security screening procedure requires you to provide a VALID/CORRECT for both: 1) billing address for the credit card you are using. The ‘billing address’ is the address that the credit card issuer has on file for you. Then you can enter a separate ship to address if needed. 2) A valid phone number for you. Required for our shipping documents. 3) A valid email address that you check/read is also required. Our primary means of communication with you will by EMAIL.
International Orders Note: Sometimes in rare cases we may not be able to process and ship your order, in which case no final charge will be made to your credit card and we will notify you by email. When you place your order online with your credit card it will process what is called a “pre-authorization” on your credit card, and the final charge will not be made until the unit is shipping out.
EU & other International Customers: for your reassurance, we remind you that we are the Sperti manufacturer, we are SPERTI, so you are ordering factory direct from a very well established US company that has been making quality UV sunlamps for decades.
Payment Notice for International Customers: with international orders some credit cards will be declined due to strict verification processes that Visa and MasterCard (sometimes Amex) are performing. Sometimes they will decline because the billing ‘Address Verification System’ says the billing address does not match. It may match, but the different address formats (different kinds of postal codes for example) can cause problems getting credit card approval. We suggest using PayPal for International orders.
