01. Buyer's Guide
To find the product(s) you’re looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You’ll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a “hand”. Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an “arrow”. You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
After adding items to your cart, click the “View Cart” link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you’ll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
02. Pricing and Billing
An order confirmation email is sent at the time of purchase. If you need a copy of your order information or sales receipt, call or email our customer service office and we can send you a copy.
Your credit card will be charged upon approval of your order(s) by your financial institution.
When will my refund appear on my account?
Refunds usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
How much is my shipping?
Orders that are shipping within the US qualify for our free standard shipping. If an expedited shipping method is needed, please contact our customer service office so that we can calculate faster shipping options for you.
What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process, you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. We accept payments using: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
03. International Orders
During checkout, you will see a dropdown menu for you to select the country you would like the item shipped to. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
Are there any customs fees?
Yes, most international orders will have customs fees. When placing your order, the Shopping Cart will calculate any applicable duties and taxes. You will have the option to prepay these fees with your order. If they are not prepaid, they will be due before the final delivery.
04. Order Status
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
To make any changes to an order, please email or call our customer service office as soon as possible. As long as the item(s) have not been shipped, we will be able to make changes or cancel the order.
Once your item(s) ship, you will receive an email confirming the completion of your order. This email will contain the tracking number as well as a link to view the tracking details.
My order never arrived.
If the tracking for your package says it was delivered but you cannot locate the package, please email or call our customer service office. We will be able to file a claim with the transit company and reship your item if needed.
An item is missing from my shipment.
If you have not received a part of your order, please contact our customer service team so that any needed parts/products can be sent.
Has my order shipped?
A confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order is shipped. If you have not received this email, please make sure to check the spam folder. If it still cannot be located, please contact our customer service office to check the status of your order.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee on all purchases. If you need to start a return, contact our customer service office to get a return authorization. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the item is received, we will process a refund for the purchase price back to your original payment method.
