The PH-36F uses a single bulb, although it appears to be two, it is a single bulb.
The Bulb: the PHF-11 exclusively for the Cooper Hewitt PH-36F UV Psoriasis Lamp, this bulb is manufactured in Hungary for our Psoriasis Lamp.
As with all new & factory sunlamps sold at Sperti.com your unit comes assembled with the bulb(s) included and installed, so purchasing an extra bulb now is not necessary if you are buying a new PH-36F unit.
