Warranty and Repairs

With the purchase of any new Sperti Lamp, you get a full year warranty on the product and a 6 month warranty on the bulbs.

For the first year with your light, if for any reason it stops working, we will make sure to you have a working light as quickly as possible. Depending on what is wrong with the unit, we will either send you a replacement part or we will have you send it in to our repair center so that our technicians can take a look at it and get it working again. During the life of your warranty, we will not charge any fees for repair work. After the warranty has expired we will still be more than happy to have you send your unit to our repair center, there is simply a repair fee of $40 per hour plus the cost of any replacement parts.

Our repair center is quick and efficient. Once we receive the unit, we will get it checked within 24 hours and get it sent back to you.

Note: We do not cover the shipping fees for repairs.
