What Payment Methods Can I Use?

We take all necessary precautions to insure that the ordering processes is quick and secure. When ordering, you can make your payment using PayPal or any of the 4 major credit cards. If you choose to pay using PayPal, you must place your order on our website. If you would like to pay using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover) then you have the option to place your order on our website or over the phone.

If you are someone that does not like dealing with computers/technology and are much more comfortable talking to a real person, then you are more than welcome to call one of our friendly customer service representatives and we can get your order placed over the phone. We will just need to obtain your contact information (name, address, phone number, email address) along with your payment information and we can then process the order while you are on the phone. Once your order is placed, we will email you a copy of your sales receipt to confirm the order. When you order over the phone, our system doesn’t automatically send the tracking information like it does when you order online, so if you would like us to provide you with the tracking number once your order ships, make sure to let us know.

No matter how you choose to order your lamp, it will still be the same price and ship at the same time. How you place your order is completely up to you. It is our goal to make sure that you have an enjoyable and stress free experience.

What Happens When a Product Not Currently Available?

It is not very often that one of the Sperti Sunlamps are out of stock. However, every once in a while we encounter some unavoidable circumstances that delay the manufacturing of these lamps. If a product says that it is ‘Out of Stock’ this just means that there was a delay with the manufacturing process and we will have more available as soon as possible.

If a product is listed as ‘Back Ordered’, this means that we will have them in stock very shortly. Since we know exactly when the lamp will be available, we give you the option to purchase it right away so that we can ship it as soon as they arrive at our facility. Keep in mind that we do not have the ability to hold a payment on your credit card or via PayPal. If you decide to purchase a product while it is on back order, your payment method will be charged when you place your order.

When a product is listed as In Stock, this means that you can place your order at any time and it will ship out within 1 business day!
