Our sunlamps now come with a 7 Year Warranty! This means that during the first 7 years of your new sunlamp’s life, if anything were to need repairing, we will get it fixed with no additional repair fees! If you ever think your lamp is in need of a repair, simply give our office a call and we will be able to talk you through some trouble shooting in order to make sure that a repair is necessary. If it is, we will send you a copy of our repair form and you just send the unit to our repair center so that one of our technicians can take a look at it in order to get it back to working properly – you just pay for shipping!
One thing that is not covered under the full 7 warranty is the bulbs. The bulbs come with a 6 Month Warranty and have a lifespan of 1,000 usage hours.
All product warranties are valid for the original purchaser. If you were to purchase a sunlamp from someone other than Sperti or one of our distributors, that product would not come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
In the case that a repair is needed on a product that is no longer warrantied, there is a $40 per hour repair processing fee.

If you have an older model Sperti sunlamp from about 8 or more years ago, this post is for you. Our model: Del Sol was discontinued about 8 years ago. This unit was used for vitamin D or tanning and only used 1 bulb. We carried the replacement bulbs for about 5 years after the unit was discontinued and then the machine that was used to produce the bulbs stopped being serviced so we can no longer offer them.
Our new sun lamps are now FDA approved and have some updated technology, so it can deliver greater results than the older model.

With the purchase of any new Sperti Lamp, you get a full year warranty on the product and a 6 month warranty on the bulbs.
For the first year with your light, if for any reason it stops working, we will make sure to you have a working light as quickly as possible. Depending on what is wrong with the unit, we will either send you a replacement part or we will have you send it in to our repair center so that our technicians can take a look at it and get it working again. During the life of your warranty, we will not charge any fees for repair work. After the warranty has expired we will still be more than happy to have you send your unit to our repair center, there is simply a repair fee of $40 per hour plus the cost of any replacement parts.
Our repair center is quick and efficient. Once we receive the unit, we will get it checked within 24 hours and get it sent back to you.
